Hi, and thanks for coming. If organized stalking and electronic harassment is something you experience on a regular basis, I bet the humiliating aspect of these crimes (being watched during private moments, etc.) can wear you down and you may feel things like rage, shame and anger. I have something that may help: Music therapy, and what is music without a little dancing involved.
