What is Electronic Harassment?
Electronic Harassment is the illegal use of electronic devices to harass, torture, or physically harm an individual or group of individuals. It is against Federal Law and state law, including some very specific state laws, to electromagnetically harass or assault an individual or individuals period.

You may be a victim of electromagnetic harassment (aka electronic harassment/assault) if you experience the following and no known cause is known:
- You experience burning sensations on your skin or internal organs.
- You feel pin pricks on various parts of your body.
- You feel some type of 'energy' moving inside your body.
- You experience extreme head pains.
- You feel drop-in-your-tracks fatigue on a regular basis.
- You continually have difficulty sleeping.
- You experience forced speech.
- You experience uncontrolled-by-you movements of limbs or other body parts.
- You hear the voices of other people inside your mind with no other signs of mental illness
How Common is Electronic Harassment?
At the time of writing we currently are not aware of any publicly available statistics that report how common electromagnetic harassment is. If anyone is aware of any such statistics, please contact us so that we may display this vital information here. We can, however, point you in the direction of just how well known electronic harassment is. Currently, it is well known enough that many of these devices are publicly available, some of which can be invented.
Such as this publicly available textbook, available on places such as amazon.com, and other online stores. Have you ever known a person who wanted to get revenge on an individual for even the smallest slight?

Also below are some states that took it upon themselves to outlaw Electronic Harassment specifically within their states (rather than just generally, as it is in most states) such as Michigan, Maine, and Massachusetts. Part of the campaigns goals are to also help other states specifically outlaw electronic harassment and, most importantly, make enforcement of these laws as big a priority as any laws addressing assault with a deadly weapon is enforced(long-term exposure to these types of weapons can cause a lot of physically damage to a target of these weapons and cause a long list of illnesses, such as cancer). These types of weapons deserve the same legal standing as the illegal use of firearms and knifes are. One legal case we are currently aware of in which Electronic Harassment is legally a dressed by a citizen is one in which one target of Electronic Harassment was able to get a court order against a former colleague in which he is ordered to, quote, "Stop Blasting That Man's Mind!" quoted from wired.com as the "first court order of its kind."

What types of Electronic Harassment Devices Are There That Criminal Groups Use?

One type that has been proven to exist since the 1970's is called Microwave Auditory Effect, also known as Voice-To-Skull Technology (according to the Army .mil site). Media For More General Information on These Types of Technologies
To give you a better view of more proven-to-exist technologies such as these, there is the documentary "That's Impossible! Mind Control" an episode of the "That's Impossible!" series on History Channel. Though these types of technologies may not necessarily be in the hands of criminal groups, whether stalking groups or other types of criminal groups, it can give you something to think about in terms of the possibilities of these technologies, just how many of these technologies are in existence, (some since the 1970's such as Microwave Auditory Effect, aka Voice-To-Skull technology) and what implications it can mean not just for victims of Organized Stalking and Electronic Harassment, but for the public at large.

What Can I Do About It?
Public awareness, we believe, will the the ultimate way in which to stop Electronic Harassment on such a scale that it's illegal status will be enforced within each state of the United States as well as more so enforced at the Federal level.
