The focus of this page is on shielding yourself from the harmful effects of electronic assault via Directed Energy Weapons and other Non-Lethal Weapons. Shielding is important, even if you do not experience physical pain right away as a result of any use of directed energy weapons used against you. Please take shielding seriously, you will see the side effects later on in the form of illness and diseases if not right away and if you go ahead and experiment to see what will work for you, you will take such an important step in protecting your holistic health. There are ways to lessen the effects of these weapons, slow down the progression of these illnesses and diseases and even to reverse any already existing.

Know and accept that you may not always be able to block the attacks in the same way and at times what you have may become tampered with by these criminals in an attempt to stop you shielding their attacks as well as some things to wear out naturally from heavy use. Regardless of the reason something doesn't block out attacks like it used, to, skip the part where you blame yourself. It is not your fault. Rather I want to suggest a remedy, another way of being in terms of how to look at the process of constantly experimenting with shielding to make your like easier.

I want to make something clear that I hope you take to heart----whenever you have success with shielding a NLW or DEW to where you held hardly anything if nothing at all during an electronic assault, take this both as a sign of progress but as a warning against anchoring into that shielding technique. Just as I illustrated above, there are ways in which some shielding may not work anymore or may become less effective overtime. Look at this process as you being the Grounded, Dancing Tree in the Middle of a Hurricane. Why? A tree that is grounded always returns to center no matter how much the winds knock it around. Another way of putting this is to adapt. When you see one thing not working, switch as calmly, seamlessly to to another. Why? On your end, having more than one option can make your life easier, and you may already have some of these needed items in your house. Being able to do this "seamlessly" will lessen the stress in your life, especially when you need to switch to a more effective shielding and blocking technique.
One example I use is if I am working and the Voice-To-Skull technology is powered up just a little higher or if I would be more comfortable using something that doesn't block out all sound in addition to the Voice-To-Skull, I would try switching from earplugs (also used to block out noise campaigns at night) to an mp3 player with headphones on. Now, let's say my mp3 player needs charging. If I see that, depending on what i am currently doing, i will use my phone, which plays mp3 tracks. I have earmuff style headphones, which helps block out noise campaigns in addition to Voice-To-Skull, and I have ear-hook headphones (keeps these things in my ears easier, and somehow doesn't pull as much power to use). If I believe turning on the TV, whether in combination of both the player or the TV by itself will block out or "muffle" out the Voice-To-Skull, I will turn on my TV. My phone acts as a good way to capture evidence of these crimes as well. And if I ever needed to, my mp3 player has a recording feature on it to gather audio evidence of these heinous crimes. Multipurpose of items is something that can work in this instance. If on my PC i will play music or the radio while I work.
Adaptation works well in most instances in my experience. For one thing, I've noticed how much the perpetrators of these crime rely on a predictable pattern of behavior i.e. routine from their targets. From what I've experienced and from talking to other TI's it is my opinion that, in terms of making this evil work, it is easier to psychologically and electronically assault the target when they can "safely" predict what a target is doing next. It has also been my experience that despite the ability to commit these horrible acts with this technology, even this technology has it's limits. A lot of manipulation goes into psychologically harassing a target into believing something, like unlimited far reaching "power" that these criminals will constantly make a "show" of having. Anyway, developing the ability to adapt when you need a better shielding and blocking technique helps throw off these criminals in terms of how they can harass, stalk and electronically assault you. One example is a person whose work is PC work (much of mine is) and a work requirement is to be able to always be able to log-on. I have two computers, both acting as backups of each other. I want to illustrate this point because sitting in one place enables these criminals to more target where they point their microwave energy weapon at me. One of my computers is a laptop. In the past, aside from putting myself in a position from being unable to work if my only computer went down, having only one PC had me sitting in one place, making it easier for these criminals to remotely assault me with a microwave DEW. I refuse to get up from my PC (PC-based internet work is part of my job and this site is my work and absolutely important, that and I refuse to get up because it is important that you do not allow these criminals to have any influence over you or you hand over control of you in any shape or form. In this instance of attack, it is a way of these criminals "communicating" "get up from the PC now!" in the form of that electronic attack each time I am on my PC. I refuse to get up, so I need to look into other ways to do my work. So the solution was to make my backup work computer a laptop. I can easily sit in different parts of my house and it usually takes a minute or much more for a more targeted electronic assault to reach me, so this works. Also another solution is to include shielding materials. I will explain my use of Mylar blankets in a later blog post.

Voice-to-skull is the name of a technology that utilizes electromagnetic microwave frequency to transmit audible sounds to the targeted persons skull. It travels through the skull and the sound comes to the inner ear (the cochlea). Anything from audible sounds, like banging, tapping, and audible speaking through actual people to pre-recorded voices, Voice-to-Skull technology is used, in terms of electronic assault, to transmit endless noise (propaganda) with the intention of psychologically torturing the victim. This is done deliberately to un-nerve the target and have them unravel psychologically, and it is also used to discredit the target (the "I'm hearing voices" effect) and it is the kind of crime that leaves little evidence, which suggests why it is used often in these crimes. One thing to not is that though it can leave little evidence behind Voice-To-Skull technology can causes a list of physical symptoms and illness you need to watch out for. I live in Also Voice-To-Skull technology an apartment and these criminals occupy at least most of the ones around my own apartment home. So there is plenty of opportunity for noise campaigns. To adapt to this, as stated above one option I use is to put my headphones on upon waking up. Another is turn on my TV or my radios. It can even be as simple as putting on earplugs. Another idea is some TVs and even radio's have Audio jacks (older TVs may. Check your TV for this) that fit your headphone jack. I found this by accident on my TV, wondering what that extra jack was for. I wondered if my headphone jack would fit, and it did. Even better--- I could hear the TV audio through it. You can literally plug it into your TV and that is a good pay of lessening the effects of Voice-To-Skull (how this works, in my opinion and through experimentation, is the audible noise of this technology must "compete" to get your attention while you have the audio of your TV in your ear at the same time. This means the endless psychological harassment on that technology is no longer isolated and the TV audio obscures the Voice-To-Skull audible transmission, and that obscuring effect makes harder for the criminals perpetrating this aspect of the crime to grab your attention easily, thereby making it easier for you to tune the harassment out) when it is. My main tip here though is to have headphones with a long cord to it, at least 2.5 feet. This is so you do not have to be literally inches from the TV just to be able to watch it using this technique.
I'll be expanding on other ways that adaptation can be used. The idea here is to create ways to adapt to anything these criminals throw at you while not spending a lot of money on shielding materials and making your life as easy under the circumstances as possible. Because finances are affected heavily to the covert stalking and harassment campaign, it is important to look at what you have first and from there make room in your budget for some inexpensive shielding materials and if you possibly have the money for it, more expensive options Again, to reiterate the above, there is no sure fire way to block out all attacks all of the time. Adaptation I believe will help you more than the most expensive shielding material will and if you can one day afford that expensive shielding material, it will be adaptation that will make it work a lot better. Use some of these ideas and look around your house. Look at the ways you currently shield and block out these harassment campaigns and electronic assaults, and look around your house for creative means to adapt. Organized Stalking:
"Shake Up Your Routine"
One thing I've noticed is that these perpetrators rely heavily on pattern of behavior and use repetitive harassment skits to stalk and harass you around your habits and routines. It is good to have a regular routine, however I want to suggest a little "shake up" to that routine. Things you plan in-advanced or know is coming, put it in your planner and those things you do each day, like exercise, shake things up by choosing different blocks of time each day, like cycle through 3. For example, you could decide the exercise blocks that work for you are 8am, 1pm, or 7pm and among those exercise blocks, pick one for the day and stick to that one. Then the next day, you could choose a different one. just make sure to change it up, like trying not to do the same block anymore than four days in a row. Always try to change to another. Also change up where you exercise, using the block style, accept change the "blocks" to areas. Always make going outside at least every other day, if not every day. The idea here is because perpetrators are repetitive in their harassment skits and rely so much on pattern of behavior and your routines, this may throw-off those repetitive skits and make it a little harder for them to stalk you (there would be more guessing on their part, if only a little more, due to no more predictable behavior from you that they would normally follow up with their same predictable stalking skits or even add on new ones easily). Also, other than appointments that you keep ahead of time, try keeping a to-do list that you do one at a time throughout the day. Here the idea is to get your tasks done while giving these criminals as little predictable behavior as possible, since they would have to really monitor and watch you to have a better clue as to what you will do next. Remember that idea of changing your routine.

- Your phone. Check to see if it has a built-in music player. If it does, check for a headphone jack (if not the usual kind, dig around on amazon.com for inexpensive ones, even in drug stores or stores like family dollar, best buy, etc. put some of your favorite tracks on there. If you also get any kind of voice-to-skull, regardless of if it is noise or actual voices in the V2K, click here for assistance with this. There are some inexpensive phones, some with memory card slots for extra room (some TracFones are inexpensive and play music. You never have to get actual service unless you need it. Something to note with TracFone, the last time I checked, TracFone only allows two phones per customer. if you have already purchased two from TracFone, StraightTalk phones are another inexpensive option. So are some prepaid phones, but the idea here is just to find an alternative inexpensive music player if Mp3 players are currently out of your price range. Remember you never have to actually get phone service to use the music feature on most if not all phones (read the instructions on the package just to make sure) plus there is a good chance the cellphone you have can already play and hold music on it, so used phones as well as even voice recorders with a headphone jack can work.
- Camera that takes pictures and records audio and preferably also video. You will need this to capture evidence of the crimes committed against you. Remember to allow the rule of "reasonable expectation of privacy" (in terms of law) and following that law when gathering evidence. One place to get good legal advice about this especially for Targeted Individuals is the Association of Honest Attorneys. Back to the phones---There is a good chance that your phone can also do these things, one if not all three. Look at your phone or consider getting an inexpensive one. The phone above has a picture taking feature and audio recording (no video recorder though---still good for a backup mp3 player).
Another thing you may have around the house?
Old headphones? Old CD player? Possibly a blank CD or one of your old favorites? A library you can get CD's to checkout for a week or two?
- Ear plugs. It has a "blunting" effect to the loudness of noise campaigns, especially if you live in an apartment or live on the floor of any complex or housing unit. Plus it helps with Voice-to-Skull technology used against you a lot. They are inexpensive and easy to find in places such as drug stores, wal-mart, home improvement stores, etc. Be careful to take good care of them and clean them after each use in what way the instructions state. If you wear these I suggest being either somewhere indoors or at least in your car, rather than wearing earplugs in public. Or you can always tell someone who asks that you want to have a "calm" moment and the earplugs help.
- If you live in weather cold enough for ear muffs, or it is winter where you currently are, this can help block out noise campaigns some. Can wear them indoors, too and possibly sleep with them on. Go dig in your closet and see what you can find.
- Anyone know a handy man? There is a good chance he has an old set of headphones made for construction workers and handyman (or handy woman). See if she/he is not willing to part with it. Wear these while you sleep or in your own home. If you won't get funny looks from family, tell them you wear them to have a calm, "me time" moment while lying down for a moment. This will help with loud street theater and noise campaigns.
- Mini Radio. Can help with any street theater and noise campaigns. Plus it can be battery powered or you may be able to use a power cord. Do you have an alarm clock? Take a close look at it. Does it have any sort of radio feature?
Things to keep in-mind and to remember when witnessing street theater harassment against you:
- Try not to take it personally. Give yourself time to learn this through experience, and no kicking yourself for not handling any harassment skits "like an adult." You do have the right to your own self, your emotions, your everything. You have a right to be upset and angry over this. Accepting these emotions is one good way to begin to train yourself not to take these harassment campaigns personally. In time you'll see that these harassment skits are not the event they are staged to look like, but as time goes on you really see the event as staged acts based on lies rather than the false lie perpetrators expect you to believe during these skits. In that, you may learn that this is not about you but more so about those who commit these acts, and about those who finance this and other criminal activity by these stalking groups.
- One doctor during a conference call informed me that the bulk of organized stalking individuals personality types you will deal with the most are 1. Sociopaths/Psychopaths, and 2. Antisocial Persons, and both are not the type of persons that have any interest in anybody but themselves. It may seem the main difference is that one is known to have been born without a conscience (Sociopaths) and one just disregards theirs in pursuit of selfish, self-serving desire with no regard for others (anti-social's). The other half of those who stalk you, in my experience and other stories I've heard from other TI's, is a small percentage within the group who do stop stalking their targets after learning the lies spread about the target are in-fact lies. They tend to be in the minority when it comes to these stalking groups. By the actions of these criminals you will get a feel for who is which and who is not. The most important thing here is to learn about these two personality types as it will help you become realistic of most of those who commit these crimes. One thing that I've seen and heard from other TI's is they get hurt when they try to appeal to the conscience of those who stalk them. My own personal experience is those who do find out that the lies about you are lies, if they have the integrity to leave the group then, they will. Other than this all you need to know about a perp is that they participate because this is still an attack on every aspect of your life and for no justifiable reason whatsoever. By learning about these personality types you will not put yourself in a position of getting hurt by expecting people to use a conscience when in fact most of those who do this criminal activity either do not have a conscience or disregard using theirs at all. Until that person shows by their actions that they do not participate anymore, by default their words are made lies by their actions. That is where you draw the line and that is all you need to know about a participant in these crimes.
- Also know that you are under no obligation to forgive if you do not want to. Do so when you are ready. Realize that forgiveness is an act of releasing anger and stress associated with an event and/or person, it has nothing to do with condoning what another person does, and it has nothing to do with reconciliation with a person who committed these crimes. Therefore forgiveness is for you, not the other person, it is only also for the other person if it involves reconciliation and you would ever want to. Also know that forgiveness doesn't mean you should have anything to do with another person further. You release the pain associated with an event and you move on. It becomes easier over time to forgive and even laugh at some of this while you live your life (and pursue justice) so give yourself time to do this. No rush jobs.
- See street theater for the bad-acting staged events that they are. Know that this person went out of their way just to complete surveillance in your home grabbed their jacket, told their perp pals to come meet them outside, run outside 10 minutes ahead of you to be in their driveway, for example, with the two other perpetrators at 9am on the dot, just to pretend to gossip in full view of you as you get into your car to go to work at 9:05am. In other words it is a planned, thought-out, illegal series of acts. But leave emphasis here on "act." It is completely fake and those who do this are full aware of this fact. Thinking of it as the "act" that it is you can actually have a good laugh at times rather than simply fume, become upset or annoyed at just how ridiculous these scripted and rehearsed, repetitive skits are. So find your funny bone and laugh at the illegal antics of these criminals while and after they do it. Also to help you remember that these are "acts" analyze what they do and say, especially how they say and do it.these criminals will say and do anything to get you to buy the illusion that these harassment skits are what they say they are rather than the truly illegal acts that they are. Analyze the logic, rational, and of course the sequence of events, even the rational of what they expect you to believe versus what is reality ---- you may get a good glimpse of how each step is taken, planned and done. This can help combat the repeated use of rhetoric by these criminals attempting to doubt your perceptions of what is going on, ---with seeing these acts as the illegal staged events that they are rather than the rhetoric these criminals will attempt to feed you around the clock. Always keep the focus on what was done and not what was said i.e. criminals where doing staged events with the help of illegal surveillance, not they just happened to be standing out there "gossiping," for example, or other rhetoric they would want you to believe instead. Call each of these bad acts by their legal name and actual name, like call the gossiping what it actually is since it is a act you and only you are meant to see and recognize as a harassment act, a Staged Event rather than people "gossiping."
Electromagnetic Harassment/Assault/Torture
Learning how to shield yourself against electromagnetic assault is important as many of these directed energy weapons and so-called "Non-lethal Weapons" can lead to permanent damage to your body and can cause illnesses that can lead to death. While perpetrators do use this against targets usually each day if not around the clock, they will attempt to weaken your body without trying to cause your death directly (these weapons are called "slow-kill" and "soft-kill" weapons as they are supposed to do damage overtime without leaving a lot of evidence behind of the electromagnetic assaults.) If you ever have to go to the hospital, try to get at least one person to go with you, like maybe another TI, especially one with a little bit of medical training. I remember hearing before that a TI with medical training caught a doctor who was looking at medical results that clearly showed something was wrong---and this doctor stated everything was alright. I suggest getting someone to go with you because these criminals tend to act up or commit very illegal acts (such as misleading medical advice from those who put their medical ethics and professionalism to the side to commit these illegal acts) less when you have someone else with you at a hospital or medical facility. Make sure you also know your medical rights, especially the individual laws within your state regarding medical treatment. Look out for the doctor who treats your health good, even if there are perps at his/her office. This is one person who will not step outside their medical ethics, even if this person has perps in his/her office and participates either not at all or to a minimum extent. The point here is this doctor will not give you bad medical advice no matter what this person has been told about you. I found one once before, and these are keepers. Even try going to doctors you have seen before this began happening to you. Always let the doctor have to earn your trust, but try not to be paranoid. If you go to the doctor about illnesses caused by any of these electromagnetic attacks, stick to telling the doctor the symptoms you have and stay away from what you believe is causing, even if you know what weapon is used against you. Always keep copies of your medical records, what they doctor recommends for your treatment, and the instructions you were given, too. Get the names of the medical professionals who treated you. Try to do this indirectly, such as looking at a name badge, pay attention when they introduce themselves, when you sign the clipboard, look at the name on top, write down the name of the doctor you saw, etc. If you get a lot of damage to your body, this doctor is a potential witness. I would consult with a human rights advocate, another TI/TI Advocate that has experience with litigation, such as the Association for Honest Attorneys and go in with one before you attempt this. They may also be able to provide you referrals. Make sure it is indisputable, and consult.The links below are to various sites that have many tips to try shielding against electromagnetic weapons and their effects against target, as well as about how to deal with organized stalking. I have made printer-friendly versions of some of these docs however I suggest going to these sites as they do update their sites regularly and the have other things you can do to help yourself listed on their pages.

The point here is to suggest that you can handle the crimes committed against you without giving in to negative emotions and feelings all the time. Decide that you need no more stress in your life due to the harassment and to the best of your ability remove as much stress that is related to being a Targeted Individual as you possibly can, as well as any other unnecessary stress in your life.
