The Red Pill "Check-In's" for Targeted Individuals






Because part of the nature of organized stalking and electronic harassment is heavy psychological manipulation, constant attempts to cause entrapment to occur, manipulation, intimidation, electronic harassment used against your psyche, one idea I wanted to present are the ideas of “Check-In's”

Staying Grounded In The Now For Targeted Individuals


For the purposes of this blog post, Check-In's when it applies to TI's here, means the use of visual, audio/auditory, physical and emotional “reminders” of reality as it is rather than the psychological harassment designed to manipulate you into denying the truth. It is called Gaslighting---it is the deliberate attempt to make a person doubt their perception of reality. That is what is used against Targets a lot. It is yet another way perpetrators try to ensure these covert harassment efforts can be committed in plain view without raising too much suspicion. One great way to counteract Gaslighting that is added to other protocol perpetrators use to further their illegal crimes is with the use of Check-In's.
Types of check-In's Targets may use:
Visual
  • Books: geared towards Targeted Individuals such as eBooks, printed books, etc. Set up a reading schedule and read anywhere from 5minutes to 15 minutes per day, longer if you'd like. Just be sure to do this at least every other day. Reading about these crimes and how it effects you, how you can stop them, etc. helps to keep you grounded in reality rather than the Gaslighting attempts of these criminals. Make it a habit to read by using a reading schedule template sheet. Click here to see a sample of one.
  • Affirmations: Poster board with affirmations on it. These affirmations can be geared towards Targeted Individuals, and yet be worded in such a way it does not alarm anyone who sees it. You can even decorate it to be a positive upbeat poster board. Here is an affirmation sheet for your use. Click here to view and/or download it. You can use this list and also create your own. Just write them in such a way that it can be out in the open all of the time and nothing alarming that would cause you to look possibly mentally ill. Until these crimes are more publicly know, letting it all hang out in this manner is not a good idea.

  • When Writing and Speaking: In addition to keeping a written record and any other evidence of the crimes you are gathering, be sure that when you record your observations of these crimes, especially when you speak these observations and write them down, you call each crime, each staged event, each part of organized stalking by its actual name. For example, avoid calling the very illegal in-home surveillance these perpetrators engage in as “people watching me.” Good examples to use instead is “voyeurism” “illegal surveillance” “illegal in-home surveillance” “stalking” etc. Another example to help you combat gaslighting attempts: avoid calling any synthetic telepathy aka Voice-To-Skull “voices” or “people talking to me” when no criminals are within your line-of-site, whether you are writing it or speaking your written records. Call it what it is: “Illegal Voice-To-Skull technology” “invasive Synthetic Telepathy technology” “Microwave Auditory Effect” etc. Especially as it is occurring, always call the acts by their name and never what these criminals hope to gaslight you and manipulate you into believing it is. The point here is by calling the many aspects of organized stalking and electronic harassment by their actual names, you help yourself stay rooted in what is really happening to you rather than what these criminals need you to believe instead (the lies geared towards these crimes are something other than what they really are---violations of your human rights).

Physical
  • Exercise each day. It has a grounding effect and clears your head. Even 10 minutes per day can help
  • Any supplements, fruits and vegetables you use to counteract any damage to your mind, body, and spirit, be in the present moment while preparing it. Look at these items reminding yourself that these are for your health and keeping up your health in the face of the crimes committed against you. State to yourself what the supplements counteract, why you take them, and give yourself a good pat on the back, stating a positive affirmation of something like “I am glad I am keeping up my health to the best of my ability no matter the crimes committed against me each day.” One that can be put on the poster board in the open is one like this “I am glad I am keeping up my health to the best of my ability and no matter what evil I face on any given day I rise to the challenge, rising above it.”
  • Spend time outside. That will definitely help keep you grounded in the “Now.”
  • Laugh. Laughter can break any type of attention these criminals try to grab from you onto them. One suggestion is to attach an affirmation to your laughter, such as “I am thankful that I see reality for what it is. Life is beautiful and funny.”


I'll add more to this section as ideas come to me and I am informed of other ways to stay in the now. The goal with check-ins for Targeted Individuals is to help you stay rooted in reality and not the staged events, various harassment skits and invasive technology these criminals attempt to keep you in to. It is to help you keep the objective truth in your mind and in your hands rather than these criminals being able to manipulate you into seeing anything but the truth. They need your cooperation to keep these crimes a secret (OS/EH's one greatest strength, secrecy, is also it's greatest weakness as it need people willing to keep their mouths closed in order for these covert harassment efforts to continue without risk of public awareness and public scrutiny) and keeping yourself rooted in reality will help to make your life very livable and doable. Using the analogy of the Matrix, check-in's act as helping you to always take the “red” pill each and every day until these crimes are exposed, and check-in's help you to stay rooted in reality. They also act as another way to empower you to be able to always resist the urge to take the “blue” pill these criminals need you to take, i.e. never buying into the lie all guilty criminals engage in with those who know the truth, the “that crime didn't really happen/ those crimes don't exist” lie/intimidation/fear-mongering campaign. It is nothing more than an attempt to hide the truth from those who could stop a criminal. Criminals of all sorts attempt to psychologically harass and intimidate their targets into believing the lie that no criminal activity committed against them just or has occurred in the past, in order to coarse cooperation and willful silence of the criminal occurrence from the target..[I prefer referring victims of crime as “targets” as a more neutral term that never implies the criminal has any real power over the crime victim, like saying “yes, you violated me but I am not your victim-anything, I am the one who fights to bring you to justice instead”]. An illustrative way of putting it is it is the same type of Gaslighting that occurs when a man who rapes a woman attempts to drill into her head through intimidation, repetition, manipulation, implied threats, actual threats, etc. to believe “no, I never raped you, you are imagining things” even as he continues to try to sexually assault her. Again you want to help yourself always stay rooted in the Now and in reality, and always take the “red” pill, always.
